We recommend leaving your gate unlocked or providing access to the scooping area another way. (Ex: key, gate code, set up scoop when you are home)
The Poop Patrol employees cannot jump or climb over fences to reach your scooping areas.
ABSO-FREAKIN-LUTELY!!!
The Poop Patrol loves animals of all kinds, so if your dog is good with it, so are we!
If you know that your dog is not good with strangers or it becomes apparent that your dog will not allow us to scoop, we ask that you restrain or confine the dog.
Most of our customers prefer The Poop Patrol to service their yards 1-2 times per week. We do offer different service options so that we can accommodate all households, so contact us today to get your services started.
We capture the poop from your yard and dispose of it. No more funky smells in your trash can.
Safety of our employees and your animals is our #1 priority - depending on the weather can determine if your scoop is delayed.
Dogs keep their doody up no matter the weather conditions; therefore, The Poop Patrol captures poop all year round.
We aren't sugar, we don't melt - a little rain will not postpone services, if there is lightning or hail, services will be delayed.
Rest assured; we will prevent excessive accumulation of waste.
We do not scoop on the following holidays:
• New Years Day
• Independence Day (July 4th)
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Day
• Labor Day
• Memorial Day
If your service day falls on a holiday, we will usually come the day before the holiday and service will resume as normal within 2 cycles.

No! Dog poop is not like fertilizer that you have around your plants. Poop left on the soil not only kills the grass, but also makes the lawn unsuitable for use.
Wrong! It is THAT MUCH poop! The average dog (one dog) poops almost a pound of poop each day. Dog poop does break down overtime, but do you really want the poop aroma during a Summer BBQ?
Wrong again! Rain washes poop into storm drains which go into our rivers, lakes, and drinking water.
Landscaping tools do not get rid of the poop, they simply relocate it to another part of your yard in smaller pieces.
